How do I connect my brokerage account?
Arthavita uses SnapTrade to securely link your brokerage accounts. During onboarding, choose "Connect accounts" on the data connection screen. A secure popup will open where you can select your broker and authenticate. Your credentials are never stored by Arthavita — SnapTrade handles the connection using read-only access. You can also connect accounts any time from the Connected Accounts page.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Arthavita uses AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive stored data, TLS in transit, and never stores your brokerage login credentials. Brokerage connections are made through SnapTrade using read-only OAuth — we can see your holdings but cannot place trades or move money. We follow OWASP security standards and undergo regular security reviews.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it before it is permanently deleted. To request immediate deletion, email us at support@arthavita.co.
How do I export my data?
You can export your portfolio data as a CSV from any portfolio page using the Export button in the Holdings tab. To request a full export of all your account data, email support@arthavita.co and we will send you a data package within 5 business days. This is available to all users regardless of subscription status.
